INEA Stadion is an association football stadium in Poznań, Poland, with a capacity of 43,269 spectators. The construction work of the football stadium spanned for two years, from 1968 to 1980. Since the inauguration of the football stadium, the INEA Stadion has been used as a ground for Lech Poznań. From 2003 to 2010, the football stadium has been reconstructed with four fully covered stands. For the large capacity and good infrastructure of the football stadium, it is widely regarded as the fifth-largest stadium among many grand and novel football stadiums.
Aiming at promote interactions among spectators, quite steep stands have been established, leading to poor grass growth for lack of the illumination of sunlight. They could do nothing but exchange turf a few times a year. The main stand are designed for players, press and very important guests. Under the main stand, there are many space for players, including locker rooms, saunas, massage rooms, etc. Besides, conference rooms, offices, storage and technical rooms were built under the main stand, too.
