Millennium Stadium

Millennium Stadium is located in Cardiff, Wales, with a capacity of 74,500. It’s a home football stadium of the Wales national rugby union team, also a football stadium for some competitions of the Wales national football team. Owner of the football stadium is Millennium Stadium plc, which is a subsidiary company of the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU). The modern football stadium is constructed at a cost of £121 million, of which £46 million comes from the Millennium Commission.

As the second-largest football stadium across the whole world, the fully retractable roof was installed, becoming the one of famous football stadiums in the world. It was also a designated football stadium for the 2017 UEFA Champions League Final held on June 3, 2017. Designed by famous architects, the construction work was started after the completion of demolition work. It is named after the Millennium Stadium for the sponsorship. In general, Millennium Stadium is widely regarded as a great football stadium in Wales, even in Europe.

Liberty Stadium

Liberty Stadium is a multi-purpose football stadium, locating in the Landore area of Swansea, Wales. As the home ground of the Swansea City and the Ospreys rugby team. For the promotion of the Swansea City, it is taken as the primary choice of the Premier League in Wales. Due to advertising rules, the football stadium is renowned as Swansea Stadium. For lack of enough money, both Swansea council and financial group agree to sustain the original football stadium. The Liberty Stadium was inaugurated on July 10, 2005.

At the beginning of the 2014-15 season, many changes has occurred to the football stadium. Two large-sized screens have been installed inside the north and south stands, helping all spectators receiving information instantly and clearly. The capacity of the football stadium will increased to 40,000 after planned expansion.
